Our office is proud to offer several different payment options to suit our patient's needs. 

We are currently offering Wells Fargo Credit 

• low monthly payments
• 12 months same as cash

We also accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Payment is due when services are rendered, unless discussed previously with our financial coordinator.

We accept most traditional dental benefits, we do not subscribe to any HMO or PPO plans.

Our patients of record with verified dental benefits may only pay their co-pay and their portion (as long as their carrier does not pay to patient only), we are more than happy to file the remaining portion with their insurance provider. New patients with dental benefits that provide us with new patient paperwork 72 hours prior to their appointment may also use this option. New patient paperwork here.

Our office policy is for every patient to clearly understand his or her treatment before leaving our office and have all questions, financial or treatment related, answered to their satisfaction.
